JLL rådgivare vid hotelltransaktion i Göteborg
JLL har varit rådgivare då Deka Immobilien sålt hotellfastigheten Gullbergsvass 17:2 till Sinoma Fastigheter.
Sinoma Fastigheter AB, ett företag ägt av Fastighets AB Balder, Folksamgruppen och Redito Sinoma AB, har förvärvat fastigheten Gullbergsvass 17:2. Fastigheten inrymmer First Hotel G och är beläget precis intill Göteborgs Centralstation. Hotellet har 300 rum och fastigheten är fullt uthyrd till hotelloperatören Host Hotel.

Parterna har kommit överens om att inte offentliggöra försäljningspriset.
