JJLL rådgivare vid uthyrning av 1 200 kvadratmeter kontor i Stockholm till Credit Agricole
Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (Credit Agricole) har tecknat hyresavtal om drygt 1 200 kvadratmeter kontor på Jakobsbergsgatan 24 i Stockholm. JLL har varit rådgivare till Credit Agricole i uthyrningsprocessen.
Credit Agricole har tecknat ett hyresavtal om drygt 1 200 kvadratmeter kontor på de två översta våningarna på Jakobsbergsgatan 24 med två egna takterrasser. Preliminär inflyttning blir under maj månad 2024. Byggnaden totalrenoveras av fastighetsägaren AMF till en modern, hållbar och flexibel kontorsfastighet. Hållbarhet genomsyrar hela renoveringen med målet att behålla det kulturarv som denna ståtliga fastighet besitter.
