We are leaving a volatile 2023 in which sentiment improved from low point gradually in the year. The significant decrease in long-term interest rates at the end of 2023 added optimism for future transactions. As these rates are expected to stabilise and policy rates reduce, we anticipate a rebound in the market, potentially enforced by a reduction in yield requirements towards the end of 2024, creating a first mover advantage opportunity for investors in 2024.
