Anne-Sophie Curet is responsible for the employee experience and physical and virtual workplace across Europe, Middle East & Africa.
A career with people at its core, Anne-Sophie has worked in senior HR roles in leading companies, with a mandate to create environments where people thrive. Where a shared purpose drives corporate culture, employees feel there are opportunities for fulfilling careers and a sense of pride in where they work. Anne-Sophie understands how the workplace has evolved, and how to deliver it. As Global Head of Human Resources at AXA Investment Managers she contributed to the transformation of the HR function, whilst as Chief People Officer at Aviva she increased employee engagement by taking personal responsibility for people communications and employer branding.
On joining JLL in May 2019, her personal interest in architecture and the role the physical workspace plays on wellbeing and performance became her professional responsibility. In addition to Human Resources, Anne-Sophie leads the Corporate Real Estate function. This manages the strategy for the buildings JLL people work in, from the look and feel of the offices, to ensuring they operate sustainably.
With a vision to build a better tomorrow not only for JLL people, but for everyone, Anne-Sophie is president of a not-for-profit organisation involved in offering alternative schooling to children with difficulties. She also mentors start-ups in the proptech and employee engagement fields. Based in Paris, she likes to relax by travelling the world with her husband and twin daughters.
