With 25 years of experience in the real estate and financial sectors, Joakim has experience from the role as CFO at Lunds Kommuns Fastighets AB, Client Relationship Manager at DEPFA Bank plc and as Senior Advisor at AGL and JLL. Joakim joined JLL in 2016, after 8 years as partner at the advisory firm AGL.

Specialized in debt advisory, hedging and financial risk management, the Debt & Financial Advisory team with 15 professionals supports investors in raising, hedging and manage debt. The team has extensive competence related to all forms of funding, such as bilateral loans, syndications, construction and capex facilities, mezzanine loans, direct loans by institutional capital and private placements. As a part of JLL EMEA Debt Advisory, the highly skilled team in Stockholm also supports clients worldwide in getting smart, customer-tailored hedging solutions for both currencies and interest rates on real estate investments.

Joakim holds a degree in finance and economics from the University of Lund, and is a frequent speaker at seminars and conferences.
