Thomas Persson

Thomas Persson is Head of Capital Markets in the Nordic Region and he is based in Stockholm.

Thomas is one of the most experienced advisors in the real estate industry in Sweden and the Nordics with more than 25 years of experience within real estate brokerage, capital markets and corporate finance.

He has lead a very large number of high profile deals within offices, retail, logistics, development sites as well as sale- and leasebacks in Sweden, the Nordics and the Baltics. He has also been involved with a number of corporate finance related activities such as M&A, new share issues, creation of new companies, equity raising etc.

Prior to joining JLL Thomas has been working for Magnolia Bostad, Cushman & Wakefield and Catella Corporate Finance.
