JLL P&DS etablerar verksamhet i Göteborg
JLL Project & Development Services (P&DS) etablerar verksamhet i Göteborg. För att leda satsningen har Mani Hemmaty anlitats.
Mani är en välrenommerad projektledare i Göteborgsregionen med över 17 års erfarenhet av att driva projekt inom industri- och logistiksektorn. Han kommer närmast från Nordsten Development som Partner och Technical Development Director. Dessförrinnan var Mani på Verdion som Technical Director Sverige och Logistic Contractor New Market som Operations Manager.
Mani kommer att arbeta nära JLLs befintliga team i Göteborg, vilka är inom Capital Markets och Leasing. Detta kommer att skapa synergier och gynna JLLs tillväxt i sydvästra Sverige.
