Creating a headquarters where culture is key

Rapidly growing telecommunications giant Tre had a vision: A new company headquarters designed for their strong culture and entrepreneurial ways of working – and with plenty of room for new talent. JLL took on the challenge, making sure every step of the project reflected this commitment.

We were active in all phases of the four-year project: from strategy, budget and locating a building site, to securing technology, landlord relations and the complex fit out. Thanks to a close partnership, clear goals and engaged project management, the project was delivered on time and budget.

Our company values ‘Openness’ and ‘Collaboration’ were key throughout the project

Today, the new 3House caters to the different needs of almost 1 000 employees, whether they prefer focus and reflection or meetings and spontaneous collaboration. Situated next to a concert arena just south of downtown Stockholm, the building also features restaurants, gyms, a gaming room and two roof terraces, including a jogging track. Employees have access to 62 electric car charging stations and indoor bike parking.

The new 14-story landmark was immediately embraced by Tre’s employees and is today a bustling workplace of openness, dynamics and interaction.

“Our company values ‘Openness’ and ‘Collaboration’ were key throughout the project. And still today, a year after we moved in, we feel that this office supports our team-oriented way of working”, says Helena Körberg, project manager, Tre.
