Patrik Löfvenberg

Since joining JLL in April 2015, Patrik has successfully built and led a highly proficient team with a strong international presence. This collaborative team works closely with JLL's local teams as well as colleagues worldwide, enabling the delivery of great value to clients through the identification and capitalization of emerging trends and market signals.

With 25 years of experience in finance, valuation, and modeling within the real estate and financial services sectors, Patrik brings a wealth of expertise to his role. Prior to joining JLL, he held various leadership positions at GE Capital Real Estate.

Patrik is leading a team of 13 professionals, covering all asset classes, all types of valuations, as well as a wide variety of strategic advisory and research services. The Valuation team is RICS accredited and holds certifications from HypZert (MLV), and Samhällsbyggarna.

Patrik has an MBA degree from the University of North Texas.
