Patrik leads our Valuation Advisory business, and is responsible for strategically developing and coordinating valuations across the Swedish property market.

JLL Sweden is continuously developing and improving our services and processes. Patrik’s team provides valuations, analyses and investment advice for all asset classes and geographies, supporting Swedish and international clients. He also oversees JLL Sweden’s Research department.
Patrik has 20 years of finance, valuation and modelling experience in the real estate and financial services industry. Before joining JLL in 2015, he spent 6 years at GE Capital Real Estate Nordics where he held several senior leadership roles.
In some ways, property valuation is a form of advanced detective work. It takes vast experience, new analytics, rigorous research and often sophisticated valuation tools to be able to help clients in an ever-changing market. The experienced Swedish team holds all the relevant valuation authorizations, and also has the most advanced and experienced Swedish valuer in relation to German Mortgage Lending Valuations.
Patrik holds an MBA from University of North Texas.
