Caroline Larsson

Initially attracted to JLL for its capacity to meet all aspects of a client’s needs, Caroline quickly learned to appreciate her global network of colleagues and the inclusive and team-oriented company culture.

“It’s so supportive, everyone is really boosting and supporting each other, which helps us grow in our roles and dare to take on new challenges.”

As a director of tenant representation, Caroline represents mostly international clients in projects related to lease agreements and commercial space.

“I really love working with international brands and projects, it’s fun, challenging and offers new learning every day. At JLL we’re given lots of responsibility and no matter what tricky issue comes up; a colleague is always happy to share the specialist knowledge needed.”

The strong, positive company culture with its open-minded atmosphere builds togetherness, and Caroline mentions the quarterly “management roasts”, part of when all of JLL Sweden meets, as a great example.

“Here, co-workers can raise important issues, directly or through the moderator. This is a really brave initiative and contributes to transparency, openness and growth… of both co-workers and the business,” she says.
