After some time back in Stockholm, Theodor joined JLL. Starting out as Senior Associate, he later advanced to his present role as Director at the Office Leasing team. Focusing on leasing and developing commercial real estate, his team’s overall goal is to make properties more commercially attractive and improve the value of the owners’ property portfolios.

Theodor enjoys the everyday learning possibilities at work, including the wide range of skills needed to succeed, as well as being able to play a part in influencing, if only to a small extent, the way Stockholm’s properties develop and progress.
