Ulla Källström

Joining JLL in 2016, Ulla was looking forward to become part of a global organization with inspiring and talented co-workers. “Everything turned out great, my colleagues create togetherness and enthusiasm around the office every day.”

In her administrative role as Prospect Manager, Ulla handles a wide set of assignments including gathering market intelligence, answering tenant questions and contacting prospects. Every day is different.

“And no matter what, I can always ask a colleague for supporting competence. I really enjoy the open and supportive environment with easy cooperation across boundaries,” Ulla says.

Aside from the various benefits, health and fitness activities, regular kickoffs and other meetings that build team spirit and understanding, she enjoys the freedom to plan her daily work.

“While I prefer working from the office, it’s always possible to work from home in the evening to make up for a school meeting or similar. I really appreciate this flexibility.”
