JLL has today announced that Linus Ericsson has been appointed as CEO of JLL Sweden.

Mr. Ericsson was formerly head of JLL's Debt and Financial Advisory team in Sweden and has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate and finance industry. He spent 10 years as CEO of AGL before its acquisition by JLL in 2015. He succeeds Daniel Gorosch who stepped down in August.

Guy Grainger, EMEA CEO, JLL, says: "Sweden is one of the largest real estate investment markets in Europe and is therefore an important market for JLL, where we see significant opportunities in the future. Since joining JLL, Linus has significantly developed our financial advisory capabilities in both Sweden and internationally, in a way that has driven our business forward. I am very pleased that he is taking responsibility for the broader Swedish business now as CEO."

Linus Ericsson adds: "JLL has a client-first offering and a strong market position both in Sweden and internationally. I am looking forward to further developing our service offering and being able to bring clients the best-in-class service they expect from us across their real estate needs, both at home and abroad."
